July 25, 2020 @ 12:00 pm

Communities of color are at higher risk of getting COVID-19. Black, Latino/a/x, and Indigenous/Native communities are 4-5 times more likely to be hospitalized, according to the CDC. This snow balls into disproportionate impact on employment, mental health and more. What do we need to know? What can we do? This event brings together experts and practitioners to share information and resources on living through the epidemic. We will cover a wide range of topics including: 1) how to get accurate information; 2) strategies for managing stress; and 3) and how to be in community.
