Congratulations Graduates

Congratulations to Center for Gender, Sexualities, and Women’s Studies Research’s graduates, earning Master’s Degrees, Terri L. Bailey, Priya A. Gurjar, Bailey Moore Haas, Maria C. Saldana, Jess Trochez, and Lucy Xie (see Celebrating Milestones).

Congratulations to our graduate certificate students Katherine Sims, who received a PhD in Youth, Development, and Family Sciences, and Christine Vitiello, who earned a PhD in Psychology in the summer of 2021. Congratulations to Marina Sachs, who earned an MFA from the College of the Arts, and Amrita Bandopadhyay, who earned a PhD in English, in the fall semester, 2021, Kristen Lopez, who earned an MA in Art Education this spring semester, and Cary Carr who is working to complete her PhD in Public Health. Sims, Vitiello, Sachs, Bandopadhyay, Lopez and Carr earned graduate certificates in Women’s Studies from the Center this past year.

Graduate and professional students from all colleges at UF are eligible to enroll in the Center’s certificate programs in either Women’s Studies or Gender and Development. Applications for the certificate must be submitted to the Center’s Graduate Coordinator, Dr. Jillian Hernandez.
