Center Awards Charles T. Woods Grants

photo of Charles T. Woods The Center is proud to announce this year’s Charles T. Woods Endowment Grants. These grants are made possible by the generosity of Charles T. Woods to support research and service that benefits the LGBTQ+ community. Chuck, as friends and colleagues knew him, was a UF alum, faculty member, and leader. He was a proud advocate for LGBTQ+ communities and was instrumental in establishing LGBTQ+ faculty and staff visibility, community, and support at UF.

We thank our external grant review committee members, Roberto Abreu, Greg Allen, Carlene Chase, Berta Esperanza Hernandez, Tiffany Richards, and Rachel Silveri for their evaluation of the applications.
