Social Justice Careers Day

Please join us in Ustler Hall for an exploration of career paths in social justice. The day will begin with a panel of Women’s Studies alumnae, working in education, mental health, violence prevention, and LGBT advocacy, who offer lessons from their post-graduation journeys, and conclude with a presentation on strategizing social justice job seeking. There will be a lunchtime (lunch provided) keynote address by UF alum and current Gainesville City Commissioner Gail Johnson, “Political Activism as a Path to Social Justice Work.”

This event is free and open to the public. Parking available in the North field in front of the stadium. Come into Fletcher Drive off of University, take a quick right and drive past Murphree Hall keeping to your right and onto the grassy field..
